Allow user to define an area to analyze preferably with a polygon tool similar to usda web soil tool

I love how I can search for high resolution aerial imagery and add it to my map, but it seems that the zooming is limited. For instance, when I added 1 meter imagery for South Carolina, it stops zooming in at a certain point but I know it can zoom futher.

I see how to add a map layer, but how can I delete them?

I didn't see a way to do this, but I would like to save the map layers that I add to my map. It can take a while to configure the map the way I like it and it would be nice if there was a way for the map to remember these settings.

Currently, LCAT2 works best with Firefox 3.x+ It does not yet behave well with Internet Explorer.

the Nexrad layer is nice, but is there a way you can make it time loop to show the previous tracking sequence?

This feature generates a PDF report showing the map image, lon-lat coordinates, and statistics table.

The alpha preview release has not yet been optimized for performance. Improvements in performance will make the page load and respond much more quickly.
